Full Event Planning
This is our most comprehensive service that covers all aspects of organising your event; from the initial planning stages of finding the perfect venue, to sourcing all suppliers, creating the design concept through to making sure every last detail is in place on the day. This is for the client who would like the expertise and full support of a professional Planner to ensure their special day far exceeds expectations without the stress and time constraints of organising it entirely themselves.
We offer a complimentary* detailed consultation to understand your requirements and vision for the day. We then over-see the following:

Cost: We offer a tiered fee structure based on your individual requirements, however you can expect to pay between 12.5% – 15% of the overall budget spend (a minimum fee applies). For events with exceptionally large budgets we are happy to agree a fixed fee.

We provide you with a detailed and personalised timeline that carefully outlines the long list of tasks to ensure everything is completed on time. We guide you through the process, gently reminding you when certain aspects need to be done.
Whether you are looking for a city chic hotel, stunning manor house or something a bit out of the ordinary, we provide a detailed report for a list of carefully selected venues that match your requirements. From your chosen short list we then arrange suitable viewing times and manage contracts on your behalf.
We do the hard work for you to source all elements of your wedding or event such as: the photographer, videographer, florist, cake designer, music, transport, catering, entertainment, child care etc. Every supplier is thoroughly vetted to ensure they meet our high standards and are perfectly suited to you.
We handle all event related paperwork, including confirming and managing suppliers, ensuring payments are made on time and providing detailed schedules of the day. Throughout this process we will keep you fully updated to ensure you feel in control at all times.
Styling and creation
We use our creative know-how and wealth of resources to provide endless ideas to help make your vision a reality. We suggest colour schemes; table settings, lighting, glassware and furniture, down to the smallest detail, to ensure that every wedding and event is as unique as our clients. To help you to visualise these ideas we put together bespoke mood boards to work from.
Wedding and event day management
We will be there on the day (often the day before venue permitting), to ensure every detail is in place and to be the main point of contact. Therefore, you have the reassurance that in the unlikely event of something going wrong, your dedicated Planner will be there to resolve the problem behind the scenes, meaning you can relax and enjoy another glass of champagne without having to worry.
We will guide you through the complexity of etiquette and tradition; advise on suitable music, attire, the ceremony format (for weddings) and assist with travel arrangements and accommodation for guests.
Pre and post celebrations
Whether you fancy a golf and spa day, an intimate dinner the night before or a brunch the following day, we can arrange all of this for you to enhance your day even more.
